About us
Two people who run MSPs, teaching what we did ourselves.
We are not a software company. We run managed service providers, we built our own tools with Claude Code when the SaaS we paid for was not good enough, and we got results we did not expect. Unsubscribed is how we pass that on.
The founders
Reid McConkey
Chief Executive Officer, Resolved Business IT Solutions Inc. rmcconkey@joinunsubscribed.comReid runs Resolved, a managed service provider in Surrey, British Columbia. He built the first internal tool, a quarterly business review deck that pulled service statistics automatically, and kept building until Resolved ran on software it owns: a client portal, quotes and e-signing, payments, documentation, projects, billing, standards and training. Every process at Resolved has a module, a step-by-step guide and guardrails.
Jackson Eagle

Why a peer group
Because the hard part is not the code.
Claude Code writes the code. The hard part is deciding what to build first, keeping it secure, hosting it safely, and getting your team to use it. Those are habits, and habits form faster beside people doing the same thing. A cohort moves through its implementation together, shares modules and source code, and keeps talking after the course ends.
We give away our resources, including the source code for certain modules, because the point is for members to succeed and to stay in the group. And once a member's MSP runs on their own tools, we help them take the same skills to their clients: work out what each client needs, build it, implement it and support it, as a line of business they own end to end.
